2.8" v1 (Radio Shack) with Mega 2560 R3 and Uno

The TFT library that comes with v1.05 is for the Arduino brand TFT. Move this folder out of the libraries folder and copy over the TFT and TouchScreen folders( both are Seeeduino libraries) from the v1.04 folder to use the v1.0 Shield under v1.05, works just fine that way.

I am having the exact opposite of your problem, I can not get the example sketches from earlier mentioned libraries to display anything on my uno r3. Can any one help? The examples load but do nothing

This problem has been resolved from help from another site. TFT.H file line #33 change to MEGA. Thanks to all that read post.

I have both a Uno and a Mega R3 2560. I can get the Uno to display the examples from the TFT. When I switch the Uno for the Mega and upload the same code (after changing the Com port and the Uno to Mega), The Mega does NOT do anything other then display a white screen. The Touch screen portion of the code works just fine and can see the serial data sent back. I have tried may different examples and works the same Uno is OK and Mega is white screen. I have also found that v1.0.5 does not work, but v1.0.4 of the Arduino software works OK. Any ideas. I'm pretty new to programming, as to the reason of just using the examples thus far. I want to use the Mega for more I/O. I read the forum post of the same type problem, but don't quite understand the solution, Remember my Uno works and Mega does not.

Disappointing express mail service 110262 Wasting money

I received update that my DHL shipment was shipped on Monday yet I waited 3 more days before DHL showed any update. When it did show something, it showed that the package was dropped off on Thursday!!!

Do you drop off packages daily or every 3 days. Last time I ordered PCB and have DHL deliver, it took only 8 days from order to delivery to my door. This time you are adding delay to every step. Yes, I submitted my order on your Saturday morning, but what about the other delays?!

Tell, me, what is the point of order express delivery service for $60 extra on 2/28/14 to see nothing at my door way today (3/13/14)? I will likely get it on next Monday! If I didn't need it urgently I would NOT buy the DHL!

I will never ever order express delivery. Just all the more ways to waste my money.

Purchase parts from OPL, but not the entire box!

Great library but room to improve.

I feel like I don't need most of the parts included in the library or the $75 big package just to get a few caps and the crystal. I have a lot of the equivalent parts in my stock as well, such as headers and resistors. Anyway can I purchase individual parts? I'll make it worth your time. Your library is evolving and adding more parts as we speak. I can't buy one big box and buy again in 6 months when you add more parts.

If you would provide a digikey part number for the crystal, that would also work.

Shu Yang,

I am stuck at the component placement file and BOM. What am I supposed to do with these two? A very simple example with all these files included will be very helpful. I don't even know where to start with the component placement file. Please post an example.

Most of the parts I use are from OPL. I can include them in BOM. Just ignore parts you don't have, right?

Cool! I've already moved all parts to top layer. Here is a picture of the board. Would you mind giving me some advice of the placement of the cap resistors for easier manufacture of larger quantity such as 100+ pcs?

Apparently I have some assembly needs. I'm used to thru-hole parts but hand assembly takes too long. I'm trying to do surface mount for the first time. My design has all parts on the back layer. Will that be a problem for Seeed PCBA assembly or do I have to swap them to the front layer for assembly? Please, some sample project with PCBA service will be very helpful. I really want to use your service.

PCB service wrong pricing

20 pcs 5*5cm board price is wrong. It's more expensive per board than 10 pcs option.
Same with 30 pcs 10*10 cm board price, more expensive per board than 20 pcs option.

Please correct the pricing and check the rest. I only checked 5*5 5*10 10*10, 10*15. All make sense except the two above. I was going to order 20 pcs 5*5 but decided to only order 10 because the wrong pricing.

Ethernet Shield V2.0 Library not working with Uno

Hi, I'm trying out your Ethernet Shield V2.0 Library because I was hoping it would properly support multiple connections (official library only supports 1 connection) but I can't get my Uno and regular ethernet shield to work with your new library. I tried to use the webserver example that comes with your new library but it does not initialize the w5100. Does your new library only work with the w5200 chip?

20pcs: $9.9 + $19.0 = $28.9 ***
30pcs: $9.9 + $19.0 = $28.9

Hi there,
the price is correct. when the qty goes to more then 20, the total size become big. and we charge according to the 20 *5*5
