Problem with Bluetooth Bee

Hi,
i recently bought a Bluetooth Bee v1.2 but when i plugged to arduino (via XBee Shield V2.0 or another board) i can't see it from pc or android as bluetooth peripheral.
On the Bee, only a green led is on (the 2nd from top on right), but on the shield only the power led is on.
When i use another Bluetooth bee (from another project), i see the Bee via pc/android and there are more led on (rssi and assoc).

Can anyone help me please?
