Anti-spam measures

hi
i have Wifly RN-171, when i uploading wifly_ap from Wifi_Shield-master, i get a problem.

1. RN 171 not give responding
2. When i push the reset button, i get a error message from serial monitor.
3. version of the RN 171 is unclear. sometimes - 1.00 or 4.00
4. D5 (green) and D1 (Red) fast blinked

what the problem and solution???
