NFC Shield V2 and NTAG's

I have a similar problem.

I have tags that are verified on my cell phone NFC reader to be NXP MIFARE Ultralight NTAG203.

The Arduino / NFC shield example sketch 'ReadTag' can read them, but, it says they are not MIFARE type when trying to write. Seems odd.

I will monitor this thread to see if someone jumps in with any ideas.
