Order Number: 107452 when will it ship?

Hi, I placed my order for 20 PCB's on the 3rd of feb 2014 but the status is still "PCB Processing".

When will my order be ready for shipment, and is it possible to change my shipping method to a faster one?

Also, why don't you respond to my email?
