connect BareDuino with Grove Relay

Hi,

I would like to know how can i power an Bareduino nano (http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/baredu ... ?cPath=6_7) ?
There is no onboard input


Also i want to connect it to a relay http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/grove- ... Path=39_42 and a Xbee wifi. Is that posibile ?

The ideea is to have a small wifi relay.
